The Gu Lab is devoted to developing cutting-edge experimental models and computational methods to advance our understanding of various hematologic malignancies. Our research is centered on leukemia diagnosis, classification, identification of driver genetic lesions, functional assays of leukemogenesis, and the development of targeted therapies.
